I needed extra storage in a hurry and I chose the East Powell Boulevard location because it was closest to my home. Public Storage has a robust website which they encourage renters to use, but I needed help that only a live customer service rep could provide so I went to their location. The office manager “Abbigael” greeted me in person and helped me navigate all the details of the move in process. She was kind, patient, cheerful, and very professional. (I’m an old guy and I had a lot of questions.) My move in went smoothly and I ended up renting a 2nd unit which she also helped me with. She always returns my calls and when I’m visiting my unit(s) I often see her out cleaning the property (which is always spotless) and checking to make sure everything is in order. She always waves and greets me with a smile. Her high quality, old school customer service is a rare treat and much appreciated. I highly recommend this location.

Just moved to Portland and found Public Storage to be an excellent option for storage. Notably, at the Powell location, Abigail’s supreme customer service went above and beyond. She is top notch with lots of know-how, friendliness, and professionalism. After facing a few hiccups of my own doing, she ensured I got all my needs met and all of my storage items carefully secured. Kuddos to PS and Abigail!

5+ stars. The customer service has been above and beyond professional and friendly! Abigail, property manager, called to follow up on my online reserve rental I tried to do and failed. I ended up calling 800# before office hours opened and started a rental with customer support. She was friendly and helpful, but Abigail was definitely more knowledgeable about the details and was able to answers questions I had. While moving in I ran into whom I thought was the custodian only to find out that it was Abigail. Wow, I am impressed how involved she is in caring for the customers and the property. The Unit I moved into and the property itself is clean; free of trash debris too! That takes work. Then, today I received a courtesy call to see how the move in was and if I had any questions. She welcomed me and thanked me for renting there. Abigail has impressed me by her above and beyond customer service and care! Thank you Abigail for all that you do in making this a positive experience!
