Neva was very helpful and knowledgeable about public storage. I can tell that she would easily be able to diffuse the stress that comes from moving. I really liked that she wasn’t pushy about reserving and renting. She really likes what she does!

Where do I begin about this place. Approximately 1yr ago I moved in to a 10x15 space advertised for 180 per month. Currently advertised on website the same price Currently. During my tenure they have raised my rates twice more than doubling the price at 411.00 per month. A few months back i requested to move to a smaller unit by way of calling the manager as I no longer needed that large of a space. What should have been a simple process was anything but. During the phone call I was told that I need to do it online as the price through the manager is more than online, weird pretty sure thats illegal! I also found it weird that every time I was there the manager would drive by in her car and look to see what's inside. A bit scandalous wouldn't you say? Moral of the story is if you enjoy Comcast business model of luring you with reasonable pricing than aggressively jacking up your rates in attempt to steal your belongings than this is the place for you.

Great service - I was having difficulties paying for my reservation online. We called, got ahold of the store in Gladstone. The man there (I didn’t catch his name) was sooooo helpful! It took some trying but we finally got my reservation squared away. Then came the issue with the gate code. Long story short, this man drove to the other location behind us to make sure we could get into our unit! Honestly, that service alone made the whole hassle forgivable. 10/10 to Gladstone guy. I really wish I caught his name.
