My roomie and I went in on a storage unit here and it's been a pleasant experience all around. The best part of storing things here is Christine! She's kind, helpful, and responsive when issues arise. The units are clean and dry (thank the gods). The hours are easy to work around and the facility is secure. My things haven't been damaged or messed with which isn't always the case at public storage facilities. Anyways, if you need a place to store your things, I recommend going with this spot.

This is a review for the front desk staff, not the overall business. My rent was raised an astronomical amount, when I went in to speak to someone about my options, the front desk lady immediately put a hold on the rental increase for three months. I appreciated that. She is always receptive when we speak, and always available during business hours :) thank you! Sorry I don’t know your name.
