The check-in process was simple. You do not have to go in because everything can be done online. Upon arrival, I went into the office to get clarity on something and Stephanie was very helpful and professional. You can access the gate from the app for entry and exit. Everything is convenient. The units are slightly old and tattered, but they will do for what we need them for. Overall, I would recommend.
