It was very clean and the personnel was very helpful and pleasant.

I couldn't get a storage unit near where I live because everyone was booked solid. Load and Lock Storage on Meckesville Rd. was out of my way but the specials made it worth getting. I received the 1st month free and the unit was a 10 x 15 for the price of a 5 x 10. I didn't know about the insurance fee before going to the office to rent a unit. So I only had enough money to pay for the Admin Fee and the Lock. The office girl Shyanne waived the insur. fee so I was able to still get my unit the same day. I was very pleased with her commitment to keeping customers happy. It was very clean and the doors were easily opened and closed. I would recommend this facility to everyone I know.

Used this facility for storage for estate storage. The facility was always clean and well maintained. Access was easy for drop off and removal and kept our items safe. Staff was always kind and accommodating. Highly recommend.

From making the initial phone call to find a storage unit in my area to setting everything up to move in; it all went smoothly and was a quick process. No problems or unexpected charges and they helped me find the cheapest storage unit within a 20 mile radius of where i was looking, they didnt just try to rent me one of their units, they actually did the work to look around. The unit itself was clean, everyone i spoke to was friendly, helpful & professional.
