I can’t say anything but great things about this facility and the staff! Gena was so nice and literally broke down and explained everything to me! She walked me around to show me the unit to ensure it was large/small enough. Very thorough with how the facility worked with entering and exiting! She was so personable and patient with all my questions! And most important the facility was so clean!! From the main office down to the units! I would definitely recommend Mini U Storage!! And honestly the best prices I found in the area!

Beautiful facility! The manager helped me find the best unit and the best price, taking us for a tour when we drove up. Highly recommend going directly to the office rather than shopping online. The units are clean and spacious and the property is well maintained and secure. I felt very safe there and trust my belongings are in good hands. They offer insurance for $9 if you don’t already have it, first month free, and a free lock! They also have lots of packing/ moving supplies for sale (good pricing) in the office. The fact this is around the corner from me is just another bonus! Great business, friendly & responsive 🙏

The manager was very kind and helpful and helped me get set up with my unit and lock quickly despite it being the end of the day. She was also upfront about how pricing worked which was greatly appreciated. The unit itself was clean as was the building it was located in and the outdoor areas were well maintained.

Ms. Gina was so friendly and efficient — we were able to get a storage locker in less than an hour! This was the perfect spot for us for our move out of our apartment. The facility is very clean and in a safe area. The only thing was the siding has a lot of algae buildup, and I have bad allergies. It could use a clean (I’ve used Frontline Exterior Cleaning Services in the past & had great results), but we were told they’re looking into having it cleaned soon. Convenient location, clean storage lockers, friendly staff. I’d recommend this storage facility to anyone looking.

Super clean storage. So well kept and maintained. It is very safe and secure, easy to access and use. Very convenient. Amazing people here in Glen Mills taking care of you and your belongings. We are so thankful for this place. Highly recommend!
