She is inviting, diverse, encouraging and a perfect description of how customer service should be everywhere. She helped me from the phone call to the time I actually placed my car in storage. Stopped into this business to purchase moving supplies via U-HAUL web site. The U-Haul web site recommends this establishment for U-Haul moving supplies. Will never go there again, the girl at the front desk didn't know what packing peanuts were and after she found them (right in back of her) didn't know how to ring it up. She called another assistant and I explained to her about the moving supplies, she started yelling at me, Like it's my fault that they didn't have a clue what was going on.
