If I ever had to put my belongings in storage, I would want them to be with responsible and trustworthy people like those two. Very professional and happy to help. I hope they are well taken care of. Colton was extremely helpful over the phone on multiple occasions with maintaining the availability of the storage space I wanted. The GM was so thorough with me when I finally got to the store also and assured me my storage would be moped and everything. She was very helpful as well. Kudos to both

Manager April is very kind and friendly. She is very helpful when assistance is needed. I give her 5 stars. Other staff not so friendly. Don't even speak when entering store or walking up to counter. I give them 0 stars. Not happy with their prices. After only 3 months they raised my rental fee $20, totaling $180. Ridiculous!! Never had any issues with unit itself.

This place has to be the worst storage facility and staff I’ve ever experienced. We were left with no dolly pushing very heavy appliances from the top floor to the basement. Not to mention how rude the staff was hearing us knocking and just ignoring us even turned the lights off while we were standing right there. She could’ve at least had the decency to address us or acknowledge our existence in a respectful manner but no we were ignored. After paying our hard earned money to use your facility. Stuck pushing our heavy furniture almost a mile to our storage this is unacceptable and you all should really evaluate the rude staff you have working for you . I definitely would never recommend this place to anyone else even if they were desperate.
