The facility is so clean and the staff is actually really nice if you’re struggling to pay on time but my unit went up $100 in less than a year, went up another $20, and now its going up again. This is in a span of under 2 years. I know this happens at storage units but i’ve never had one go up so much in such a short period of time. Its likely we’ll be moving on to somewhere else but its a huge pain to do that and I think thats the business - they rely on you feeling stuck and just keep raising the price. Its a predatory pricing policy

Inquired about renting a 10’X10’ unit. Was greeted by Assistant Manager Alissa Nau. Very knowledgeable and pleasant, explained pricing, rental process and paperwork. Gave me a tour of facilities. The building is very clean, temperature controlled and doors are secured by electronic code. Good rental price, pleasant employees, clean, secure building. What more can you ask for, left after signing rental agreement.
