Mr. Pablo Barrios was beyond helpful. He answered all of our questions swiftly and made sure all of our concerns were squared away. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and even stayed a little while after hours to make sure we were all set up and happy. Customer service was top notch, beyond friendly 11 out of 10. What an awesome guy.

I have no clue who is writing these positive reviews because this place is a scam. My rent increased almost $50 after one month. The units are trashed. Insulation falling everywhere. The doors are a nightmare to close. Trash constantly outside other storage units. When it was time to move out I had an issue with my lock so I had to schedule an appointment with maintenance the following week which led to me having to pay for an additional month I didn’t need. Maintenance made me wait 30+ minutes after my appointment time. Let’s not forget no one ever answers the phone! I had to call storage rentals of America customer service and even when they try to transfer me they don’t answer.
