Rental Experience
Sales pitch a little intense, but overall, satisfactory experience. Cost of lock and misc. not upfront about - hours not convenient due to "security issues", however, every other storage facility on James Island has later hours and no reports of vandalism.

My experience was fast, friendly and efficient. I believe the employee on site's name was Ashley. She was friendly and attentive, got me squared away quickly, showed me where my unit was located, how to unlock it, etc. I work in customer service and I notice when I'm treated well (and when I'm not). Great job.

Excellent help at location. Main sales department not.
Wonderful experience with the associates at the Folly Road Storage units. They were extremely courteous and helpful. The sales department you get initially when you call the main number was not so much however. I talked to two different people and not once was I informed of the discount offered if I reserved a unit online. They were more interested in getting the higher sale it seemed. Had it not been for the fantastic help I got at the actual location, I may not have rented from them.
