I would recommend Public Storage to anyone! The process of getting a unit at the Sam Rittenberg Blvd location could not have been easier. My property manager (Angel) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I asked questions. She answered the phone every time that I called and was extremely patient. She let me come look at the exact unit I would rent to check it out before committing and held the unit for a few days so that I had time to make a decision. When I signed the paperwork, she gave me her honest opinion about the products and did not try to coerce me into buying any materials I did not need. She even stayed late and checked on me multiple times while I was taking measurements and trying to make a plan for what items would fit into my unit. Also, I essentially got the first month free with the deal that they were running at the time of booking! I could not have had a better experience! Thanks Angel and Public Storage!

Fees
Yes $1 a month only means to the end of that calendar month but hey it's quite a steal. I wish the Public Storage company would be more upfront about what you are getting into (i.e admin fee, insurance fee, lock fee) but $57 for 2 weeks is better than other options. This staff was very friendly and helped me very sweetly. If I have to store again in Charleston, I will surely trust Angel and her crew.
