Purchased a storage unit yesterday and have been unable to reach anyone at the facility to setup a time to clean out the unit. Drove to the location and nobody is in the office even though I arrived at 11am and have been waiting for an hour. I have watched 20 other customers arrive, park, and try the office door, only to be disappointed and leave. No phone number to reach anyone, only an annoying voice-mail system that directs you to the app or website. I only have 48 hours to clean out the unit and can't reach anyone. Very poor service and business model.
