I visited the storage center on Buckner, but eventually choose another location. However, the customer rep on duty on Monday, a woman whose name I can't remember, was exceptional. She showed me how to find and open the outside unit and chatted with me on this particular one, as well as others. More exceptional was that she did this just before it was about to close. It would be great it the Google page posted the office hours along with the Access hours. In all this, her demeanor was kind and helpful. She knows who she is and with the day and timeline, her supervisor should know too. Thankyou.

My daughter rented a unit on Buckner Rd for 1 year while at USC. It was close (10 mins) to campus, a straight drive to campus, very clean, and safe!!! Lastly Beth and Sam were great to work with. I highly recommend this facility.

This is my first time buying a storage unit and I must say that Beth ROCKS!!! She helped me through the process with ease. Also helped me rent the unit as I'm waiting on a trailer to be built to haul the contents. She was very Informative on what I needed to do and how to do it. This is only the second 5 star rating I've given in 2 years. I don't hand them out easily anymore, she was impressive. GREAT JOB BETH!! Thank you again for your help.
