Great facility. Clean & safe & they run good specials. The team is great to work with. Especially Sibbie. She was very nice and professional, answered all my questions, and was gave me really good guidance on how I could re-arrange my storage to optimize space. The only negative is that the gate doesn’t open with my app when I enter so I have to manually enter my code. It opens with app upon exiting.

I just want to say that David (at the "28 Woods Lake Rd., Greenville, SC" location) was extremely helpful when we were trying to determine if a particular parking space would be suitable for our small camper trailer. After he took some measurements for us, we met with him to look at it, and we discussed parking strategies. After that, we rented the spot. If David had not been so helpful over the phone, we probably would never have even gone to look at it. Thanks David!
