No stars and stay away from here...they are scammers. My fiance and I have a 10×10 unit that when he got the unit it was under $100 a month and it is now over $200 and was not allowing us to get in the gate on the 2nd and 7th of this month? December 2025? We called them specifically and no return phone call so again we went to the pine knoll drive and again no one is there to help. Why are we shut out of gate one day after the first of the month. Why has our bill doubled in less than 6 months? Why did we not get our free month that was advertised even for a 10×10 unit? After speaking with the manager I realized it was the 7th & not the 2nd when we came to get the rest of our "stuff." We did not know about the 6th cut off date. I think ya'll might want ro mak we sure the managers are expressing this as no one reads an entire contract. All that being said this was not the managers fault. She is fantastic. It's Public Storage upper level administration making these ridiculous rules and the company itself is robbing us with their rules. Read the contract people it may help you in the future.
