The site was nice. We stored our trailer here for a few days while we visited friends on the Island. The staff were very helpful on the phone getting things set up. We didn't arrive when the office was open but the app worked great for opening the gate and we found our site. The staff were very helpful during checkout too.

We decided we needed a storage unit here in Hilton Head. Although we booked online (which was super easy), we realized the unit wasn't quite what we needed. Thankfully Robin was able to get us the correct unit in no time flat! She was easy peasy to work with and we are so thankful we got the space we needed. The space is super clean and well maintained, elevators are huge and accommodating, and the gates work with no issues. If you need storage in the area, you can't go wrong signing up with the wonderful Mrs. Robin!

She walked my husband and I to a unit she thought we’d like (she was SPOT on!) and we completed the transfer right then and there!
