We have business clients at this location for 12 plus years now. Since Ms Rhonda was hired for this property, she has been a breath of fresh air not only to the property but to her clients as well. She is super easy to talk to, represents the company extremely well, and connects with her customers in a way that I haven't seen here in many years. I can't speak highly enough of her. I only hope the company takes good care of her and that she is here for a long time!

I’ve been a costumer for a few years and the gate is always an issue. Or doesn’t open through the app, or doesn’t work .Sometimes when gate is fixed, the app doesn’t work and is necessary to create a new password . Very unpleasant and unacceptable today I was locked inside unit for 45 min and couldn’t leave to work because the main gate didn’t open and the employee at the desk didn’t know how to fix a emergency. She was sweet an tried her best but didn’t work for her. Please fixxxxx this gate Thank you
