I can easily give them five stars. My unit was clean and I was able to move my things in . This is my third time renting and would recommend them for cleanliness location and great customer service. I had a question and called spoke to Donna she was quick friendly and very helpful. Thank you for making the process go so smoothly

At first I was skeptical about talking to someone via satellite, instead of in person. But once she started helping me, I immediately became relaxed, and it was a rather good experience. She was very helpful to me as I need to obtain the information for the truck I was renting as well as the questions I had about my storage unit that I was vacating. So HATS off to JEWELS! We had to try three different units before finding one that the door would open. Third time was charm, but it was a long process. Sal, the on-site manager was fantastic. The experience with virtual managers was mixed. Abby and Leslie Ann were great.

I never do reviews, but just so you are aware. Midguard doesn’t have staffing most of the time - they use virtual people on a screen. Which is fine, except mistakes were made in my case during sign up so i had to come back and repeat the process. I only learned about the issue when my gate password didn’t work- it was frustrating. On top of that the outside unit and one of our climate controlled units had a roach problem. Eww! Outside unit was especially bad. We complained and they said they fixed the problem but on departure live roaches still there. That said they did give us the last month free. I’m just glad all our stuff is out of storage.
