Ant infestation

Customer service is great my on problem in my unit #24 is infested with ants they are all over everything and there is nothing edible in any of my belongings. Super bad problem. My only complaint every thing else with the facility and faculty is 5 star.

Ms Vita, has been a blessing. No only did she get me into a unit she assisted me by allowing me to transfer to a more convenient unit. To the powers that be she needs to be recognized as an ALL-STAR and given a pay increase for her customer service skills.
