My husband and I moved from Michigan to South Carolina and chose public storage for our stuff without seeing. When we booked out unit Pat made sure to call us and make sure to confirm with us our reservation . When we finally arrived Pat was super friendly super helpful & made sure he explained everything to us completely and made sure we didn’t have any questions before informing us of more stuff. When we got to our unit it was ready and super clean door was easy to open and unit was perfect size for us. Locks are provided if needed and there’s space here for large campers and other items also if needed. If you are making your way down here or simply just needing some extra storage space this is Definantly a place I would recommend you come to. !

As if upping my price to store my storage here twice wasn’t enough, my unit, and many others’ units were broken into thru the ceiling and they failed to let anyone know. their excuse to me was that they didn’t know whose unit was broken into and whose wasn’t. If it were me, I would have sent out an email or an automated phone call letting everybody know what had happened at said storage unit. This was even covered by the news.. and had happened a year prior unbeknownst to me or I would have steered clear. You can never catch anyone on site and they will literally change your price at anytime. The insurance is ridiculous and never even apologized at what happened with the units being broken into. Had an officer not found an old SS card of mine in the stolen trailer, I would have never known til I went to move my stuff out. (I don’t watch the news.. but I did this time bc I was interviewed.) I had VERY sentimental items in there and stuff was ruined. They even told me that they were going to repair the ceilings at one point, and then I checked out to move my stuff completely out and nothing had been touched. Everything looked the same. They didn’t even fix the ceiling. DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE. VERY EASILY BROKEN INTO.

Pat was a really great worker he deserves a raise !! Made everything so smooth he made my entire year
