I am very happy with my new storage space at Public Storage in Taylors. The Manager Lindsay was very efficient in helping me set up my account back in August and in choosing a storage space that was just the right size for me. She always responds quickly. At first I didn't know how to use the App to open the gate. But, now that I know how to use it I love it. I don't have to punch a code into a code reader. Yay!

Edit 20/11- the manager has called several times and “fixed” issues that were caused by the other public storage in town and asked me to change my 1 star review. It’s incredibly unprofessional in my opinion. I’m keeping my 1 star review. Have had nothing but difficulty with Public Storage and now they are increasing my storage rate from $55 to $75 for a 10x5 unit while renting out 10x10 units for $75. The unit is outdoor and there's nothing to justify the increase other than corporate greed and the fact that they can do it and there's nothing the people can do about it. Yall should be ashamed

Lindsay has been so helpful from day one. I initially rented a unit and she was such a help then when I had to change units she stepped up again. She’s incredibly kind, quick in her response and great at her job! I highly recommend working with her.
