I'd like to thank Scott, April, and Amber for being such wonderful people to work with. They have been able to meet our storage needs during our relocation to the area. We are looking forward to more great service in the future.

I have been a tenant at the Cromwell location for 2 years and I've seen a handful of employee come and go, both regular employees and property managers. Over the past few months 2 current employees have been extremely helpful unlike my previous experiences with the staff and property managers. Not only have they been a huge help to me I've noticed they exceed their job expectations by going the extra mile helping tenants and potential customers that call in with questions. I was pleased with the customer service that April provided. She was helpful in all aspects from paperwork to the cleaning of the unit before I moved in. April made sure the unit was treated and that I had all the necessities to complete my move in a timely manner. Not to mention she stayed pass closing time to make sure she received my business. Great Customer Service!!!
