Quality Clean facility that seems secure

I would like 24 hour access. We get email invoices, ok, but I would like to be able to print a receipt or payment confirmation when paying online. Flexible due dates would be nice. The property is clean & seems well maintained. I REALLY DO NOT like it when the staff calls me to tell me I'm 1 or 2 days past due with a firm & demanding tone wanting to know at what time that day I'm going to be in to pay my bill. A friendly reminder is ok. I would think a company of this size & complexity of contracts would be able to set up an auto email or text message reminder program. Receive text, respond with "pay with card on file". No I will not do auto pay.

Rented a unit at Public Storage, 6712 Ringgold Rd for about 10 months. Very clean, well-maintained, easy access in & out, & with an attendant on site every day. Easy to reach on the phone when you need them. The only downside is they don't pro-rate for a partial month. If you move out after the last day of a month, you will pay for the entire next month. Otherwise had a great experience with this Public Storage facility, especially with an attendant I think named Steve (?). Older gentleman. Extremely helpful & kind.

Tabitha Clayton was a Great Help. She went over and beyond what was expected for Customer service! Get more people like her she showed she care and I wasn’t a bother to her!!! I pray y’all give her a raise she really deserves it! Thank you Tabitha for all your help!! 10’s across the board

I have to say Tabby the manager at public storage is such a breath of fresh air. I went in grumpy but couldn't help but leave with a smile. She is so friendly and personable, She asked how I was and she listened while I vented and complained about my day. Thank you Tabby
