I stayed at this storage unit for a little under a year. I never had any issues that management couldn’t address or take care of. The building is clean and maintained very well. Cody was especially helpful when taking care of questions I had. He was extremely responsive and made sure to follow up to ensure I was taken care of. Very affordable and neat. Service was amazing. Cody was very helpful and took care of me. Prime Storage in Knoxville Tennessee is by far hands-down one of the best storage Facilities in east Tennessee. This facility is essentially located right off of the main interstate. It is located near several restaurants, stores, and diners. Take a break from your long move and enjoy a local meal. The facility is also very well maintained it even has that brand new smell when you walk into the front door. The two gentlemen that I have encountered who work in the main office, Dan and Cody Have some of the best customer service skills that I have ever seen. They always greet me with a warm smile and are eager to help with all my moving and Storage needs. The facility offers for purchase several items such as boxes for moving and packing that come in all different shapes and sizes, packing tape, and even locks for your storage unit and etc.. It’s An all in one shop!! They offer some of the best rates and specials around . So why not give Prime Storage of Knoxville a chance I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!!

I needed a storage unit last minute and had a fantastic experience at Premier Storage in Knoxville. Cody helped me get set up, and he was incredibly informative and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk me through the pricing so there would be no surprises later, which I really appreciated. He also assisted in locking in the best rate. The facility itself is very clean, well-kept, and feels secure. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect storage service. Everything came out exactly as it went in no mold or mildew not even dust really and my stuff was there for about 2 years while I got life in order. Can't beat a climate controlled environment. Cody especially was helpful with the process of moving in and out. Peak service. 10/10
