I’ve rented many units with public storage before, but this property and the way I have been treated from the beginning completely exceeded my expectations. The unit was clean and ready for use, even though my transfer came through 5 minutes before end of day. Dee was super helpful and kind, and more than accommodating. Her customer service skills are outstanding. I can see why this place has nearly 5 stars. Shes always onsite with a smile on her face and available if you have any questions. Shes an invaluable asset to the business and I will definitely keep renting from public storage solely because of her, ps, I drive 30 minutes just to keep this unit solely because of Dee! Thank you for being you!

Dee deserves every bit of a 5-star rating. She is attentive, kind, and extremely professional. She made sure everything was set up quickly and took the time to walk me through the property so I felt comfortable storing my belongings there. It’s clear she cares about both the facility and the customers. Highly recommend!

I stored my Household goods for about seven months. It was easy to interact with their customer service either in person or on the telephone. It was easy to gain access. The only downside to the particular place I was storing my goods at is that they had a bathroom that was on the inside of the gate, but it was always locked. So if you were waiting on movers or something, you would have to leave the property to go to the restroom.
