I dropped off a Penske rental truck at this facility and was treated so disrespectfully. We walked in expecting an easy and pleasant transaction, but the big guy behind the counter was extremely rude. He treated us like we were stupid for wanting a receipt showing that we returned the truck, and purposely slammed papers down on the counter in front of us. It was so loud it honestly scared me. He also berated us for parking the truck on the quiet street right outside the building since they have a very small parking lot and we didn’t want it to be in the way. He asked for the keys to retrieve the truck, and we saw him recklessly drive the truck to the back of the building at a speed way too fast for a small parking lot. He took a tight turn and it actually looked like the truck could’ve tipped over. I’m glad I was just dropping off, because there’s no way I would pick up a truck from this place.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Always friendly, always working with us! Never any issues. We rented a unit site unseen from another state. The delivery guy gave them our keys and they held them for a year waiting for us to arrive. Great humans!

Store N Lok are extremely easy to work with. They've set up an incredible user friendly website that was very helpful to me. I booked the storage unit online and when I got into town, I met with a great manager onsite that got me squared away with paperwork. The units are clean. The lot is secure and priced very reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

I have found Bellevue Store n Lock easy to deal with and have used them for several years and had 4 different units with them over the years. Brian is great to work with. The location is convenient and I feel safe there when I am moving stuff in and out. The only 2 negatives were: my unit got broken into during the 2016 holidays. Bellevue Store n Lock notified me immediately and put a new lock on at no charge on since I couldn't get out there right away due to surgery. And there was a mixup with pricing where I was charged more for 2 months which Brian took care of quickly. All in all I am satisfied with my experience.

After my Mom had Cancer in 2019 I began taking care of my parents, often times paying the monthly fee for their 2 storage units at this establishment. The owner was aware of their health and financial status and I gave him my number as a contact number. I moved them in with me and put in a change of address form with the post office. On Feb 5, 2021 my father died from complications after having horrible alzheimers, attempting to sneak out, and falling where he suffered a severe brain injury. After grieving, I began settling his affairs. I went on 5/1/2021 to pay the past due fees and remove all items from the 2 units. The manager would not come outside 'due to Covid' and simply stated that they had an auction and sold all of the items and attempted to reach us. I never received a phone call at their number which was forwarded to the new address. I never received a letter after forwarding the mail. They also had one additional unit at Mallory Station Storage in Cool Springs. The gentleman there not only let me settle the cost but did not hold an auction because he wanted to wait until he spoke to someone from the family. That is how you run a business, not the way the coward does at Bellevue Store-N-Lok.
