From the first visit, Kayla was professional, patient, and very clear in explaining all the rental options, fees, and security features. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and every question was answered in a way that made the whole experience stress-free.

I had an amazing experience with Quintesha at Public Storage! She was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got the best unit for my needs. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, but Quintesha went above and beyond. The facility was clean, secure, and well-managed — you can really tell she takes pride in her work. Highly recommend working with her if you need storage!

Don't rent from here. I got a medium unit for $140 a month and thought was a reasonable price. After only 2 months I got notice it was going up to $220 a month. An $80 increase within 2 months is a ripoff. They make you think your getting a decent deal then increase the price after you had time to move stuff in and start using it. Don't rent here. Ripoff
