Thompson Lane Storage has been my storage facility for a few years now. The facility is always clean. I’ve never had any concern about security or safety of my items or myself. The communication from management is clear and timely. Only reason I have left them is due to moving 15 miles north and working even working even further away. Support businesses like this! Had the unit for 4 months and it got broken into twice. It was impossible to get into contact with anyone who worked at this facility or get the new keys when they put new locks on after I got robbed. Then they decided the raise the rent. 0/10 do not recommend

Very clean unit. Safe neighborhood to store your valuable items. The gate access works without any issues. I recommend this place.

I just updated my review. They are efficient and I was able to change my credit card number with them quickly. They check the locks every day.

My husband and I rented a storage space here for one month while we were moving and then immediately cancelled it. My husband called to confirm that our account was paid for and cancelled. The next month, we received a bill for the space. My husband called again to confirm our cancel and ensure our account was paid. The next month, we received another bill. We have called multiple times and either can’t get through, or we are told it’s taken care of. Now they have sent my husband to collections because they’re claiming our account is still unpaid. This has been a terrible experience.
