Out of all places in Nashville, I wasn’t expecting to get the best customer service in the city at a Public Storage. Thanks to Jenny and Donnell for a great move-in experience. Called multiple storage facilities. This location was the best pricing and location for storage in downtown Nashville. Great staff really makes the difference from good to great. Highly recommend.

Jacob and everyone was very great and helpful. They always answered any questions and was polite with me. They explain any questions I ask very clearly so I could understand. The storage was clean. I will recommend anyone to them. And I will keep in mind if I ever need them again.

I’ve been for a year and a half. Always easy to get in and out. I needed to upgrade my space into a larger unit and Donnell and Mary took GREAT care of me. I got my unit switched out same day and they made sure my new unit was close enough to make the switch super easy!!

Standard, but the sham of not disclosing all costs in a supposed "deal rate" unit and being forced to buy insurance (first month is free but you have to pay $20 extra for theirs after) is a scam. The building is secured (door and elevator require passcodes) and should be their responsibility anyway, why do I pay? So naturally I'll be moving at the end of the month but I just got to Nashville and needed a place to put things. They are also right across from the Greyhound and rent lockers so something for travelers who need short-term stash spots. I just don't like being lied to and full disclosure should be standard on the website and included in any final price.

I have no complaints about the service that I have received at Public Storage. The process has been so smooth even with the questions or concerns I may have originally had. Darnell has been amazingly patient and attentive with high spirits that has made the experience that much better. Thank you, Darnell!
