I found a special online that was...
I found a special online that was pretty good, but ended up needing a larger unit and did not get to use it, however they found me a different one to use. Every employee I spoke with either over the phone or in person was excellent, professional, helpful, friendly. I have rented from your company about 2 decades ago and had a good experience then also. A couple of things I did not care for: 1st - I requested creating my own gate code instead of one being issued to me. This would have made it easy for me to remember, but this option was not made available. 2nd - I wish I had know you did not use the typical pad locks most storage units use (I already own one that cost about $25). Instead, this facility uses cylinder lock system that caused me to purchase one from them (about $25). That is $50 total out of my pocket and the unique lock you required me to purchase cannot be used after I end my stay, so that is frustrating and disappointing.
