I love this place. My previous storage unit at another location was rat-infested and ironically more expensive. Public storage is spotless and my unit is air conditioned. What I'm really impressed with, however, is the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Elle is amazing! Thank you for your help today. If I could give more than 5 stars for Elle, I would.

I just wanted to write to you all again and express my deepest gratitude to Marcel, Dawn, Richard and the company as a whole. You all have taken great care of me. Today I upgraded to a bigger unit and Marcel really gave me great care. He made the process so easy and simple, his customer service was absolutely impeccable. I got the exact unit I wanted in the location I wanted it in. I didn't have to move buildings or floors and I was able to move units in no more than an hour. I am so happy to be a customer with you all and I'm glad to be staying at this location! I also appreciate you all giving me credit towards my account and taking my previous concerns seriously.
