Worst storage company I’ve encountered. No one answers the calls at this location. And customer service just redirects you to the location. Buildings are not marked clearly or intuitively and app instructions are confusing. It took me a long time to find and access my unit. Also you need a code to exit which feels illegal. Then it closes at 9pm and you have to pay $20/mo for 24/7 but again they pull a bait and switch and get you to pay another $20 when you check out. Why do you even have hours if no one is available to help me at any hour of the day? Terrible experience. Hope they catch a lawsuit :)

I have never been treated so poorly by a business. I explained that I was moving under urgent and difficult circumstances late at night. I was assigned a storage unit accessible only by three flights of stairs, in freezing weather, in a dark area by the train tracks, with no staff on site and little consideration for my personal safety or accessibility. I later learned that staff were aware the elevator had been out of service for weeks. This was never disclosed to me at the time of assignment, and there was no estimated timeline for when it would be repaired. The next morning, I was in significant pain. I have had a sciatica condition for five years, and after this move I could barely walk. A staff member called asking how this could be made right, and I explained that waiving the charge would allow me to move my belongings to a safer, accessible unit and hire help, which I now require. I was told someone would follow up. No one ever did. This situation was foreseeable, preventable, and handled with a complete lack of care. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Thank you for the help Mary! Very professional and helpful. Mary, I appreciate how you explained the different level of insurance and showed around the grounds. We did end up selecting a larger unit in order to fit all of our stuff and without your help we would have made a mistake. Mary has done an excellent job and I really appreciate all of her help!

I chose this location based on reviews; the reviews mentioning Maria made me take the leap. I am here to report they are 100% accurate. Maria is professional, helpful, and cheerful. I always enjoy chatting with her. She gave me all the tips I needed to have a smooth experience accessing my unit. I'm at the facility often and I've seen the HVAC company changing filters twice now, which is reassuring that the equipment is maintained. I like being able to open the gates with the app. The restroom is clean. This facility has delivered on my storage needs. Maria is a gem.
