We needed the storage facility for less than a month because our new apartment was not available until the 10th of the month and we had to be out of our old apartment 10 days before on the 31st. We were able to get the 'special price' they had advertised. But, they said they only had a select few at the particular price. So, as a consumer just 'do your homework'.
