I felt really good about this storage location and I would definitely recommend it. The building itself felt clean and well maintained. Parking was great with ample space and all flat surfaces. Multiple carts/dollys were always easy to locate for use. The security of the gate and all entrances was also top tier - using the app for access was really convenient. The gate was initially broken and they repaired it quickly. All staff members I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the initial deal I had and would have stayed longer had the rate not increased after 4 months.

I’ve had a storage space here off and on for several years and I’ve never run into any issues. Today was no exception! I transferred my unit to a new one and Zachary and Keith made the process superrrrrr quick and easy. Thanks guys!

I just moved into a unit here this week, the facilities are plenty nice but the customer service is what is uniquely above & beyond. Gerald at the front desk is amazing. I had a brief 5 minute interaction with him on the first day…. and then 3 days later he remembered me by name, remembered which unit was mine without even touching his computer…. Every-time I’ve seen him he’s greeted me by name, and made it clear that if I have any questions or concerns, all I have to do is say the word and it will be handled. I don’t leave a ton of reviews but I’m genuinely impressed by how helpful Gerald has been. He’s the only person I’ve interacted with here but if he’s any indication of the employee culture at this facility…. Then you couldn’t ask for anything better.

Had the easiest, most pleasant time renting a space today at Public Storage! Most of the all the manager, Gerald. He was so helpful, professional, and courteous. Property is beyond clean and well maintained.Definitely recommend using this Public Storage facility.
