The property is clean, well maintained, and beautifully manicured, but what truly sets this place apart is the management. The move-in process was as smooth and stress-free as possible, and Brittany, the property manager, made all the difference. She took the time to show me multiple unit sizes to ensure I chose exactly what I needed, patiently explained every part of the paperwork, and answered all my questions in a way that immediately put me at ease. What stood out most was her professionalism, courtesy, and—above all—her ability to truly listen. Brittany focused on understanding my needs first and then addressing them thoughtfully, without any pressure or sales tactics. Her approach made the decision easy, and because of her, I wouldn’t consider renting anywhere else. Highly recommended.

My rental agent Alex spent an entire hour on the phone with me working through some technical mishaps- yall, he went above and beyond to get us situated. Bonus perks for being able to secure a unit online when the office wasn't open.. As for the property, it's clean and gate access works and was easy to use. Rates are affordable and they insure your unit.. highly recommend.

Jordan did a wonderful job getting us a unit and spot to put our RV. We didn't need the spaces for more than a few months, but it was easy to get the spaces. Access in and out was easy. Ending the agreements when we didn't need them anymore was easy, and very fast to respond to them.

Storage King in Crowley, Texas is absolutely amazing! I have rented storage units from many facilities over the years, and they can be very nice sites, but without good customer service it will always be a bad experience. That is not the case here. In fact, the facility manager Jordan was more than helpful, he was outstanding! I was towing my travel trailer from Arizona to Texas and arrived at the end of the day on a Saturday and Jordan worked with me on getting access to the facility and a space to store my trailer that evening! I would highly recommend this storage site because it's clean and well maintained, but mostly because nothing ever beats caring customer service which at the end of the day makes all the difference.
