She was so pleasant and extremely helpful. I left feeling extremely confident that our property was secure. She seemed to care about our property as if it was her own. It says they're open until 9 PM, but that doesn't mean someone is present. Once I found my unit and started moving stuff into it, I realized the lock that the move in instructions said should be inside was nowhere to be found, only a pack of rodent poison and a brochure for insurance. It's a good thing that no store nearby has the right lock I guess. So I had to move all my stuff back out, and I'll have to wait for one from Amazon. Edit: I was contacted an my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Thanks!
