I had an amazing experience at this storage facility! From start to finish, everything was smooth, clean, and well-organized. The property is secure and very well maintained, which gave me total peace of mind about storing my belongings here. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to TK and Nesha. They were absolutely fantastic! Both were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident about my unit choice. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and welcoming. If you’re looking for a storage place with great security, cleanliness, and outstanding staff, this is definitely the place to go. I don’t leave reviews ever, but I am today!! As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to find good workers and I just left thoroughly impressed being helped by a lady named Jody. She ran this place like she owned it! She took so much pride and everything. She said everything she did from the way this place looked. It was spotless. I was so highly impressed with her that I had to say something to her.. I don’t know who her boss is, but I asked for her manager or her uppers information to call and let them know how professional an amazing she was. Keep up the good work, Jody!!! I had an issue with my unit price increase which got resolved within the same day ! I feel like I can breathe again ! This location is clean, quiet & safe. The staffs are always willing to help, even if that means them forwarding your issue to upper manager for problem resolution. I’ve never had an issue, my items are protected, the grounds are clean and unkept and once again staff is willing to do what they can to help you. Oh and one thing I do love is there “no touch” access they have. Everything is literally on your phone, access in & out the gate, elevator etc..very convenient

This location has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with the property manager, and it’s just as difficult to reach anyone at corporate who can actually help you connect with them. I’ve left several messages that have gone completely unreturned. I also drove by at 10:15 a.m. on a normal workday (no holiday), and the office was closed. The lack of communication and accessibility has been wildly frustrating. I would strongly encourage management to improve responsiveness and basic availability. Amended today 2/27 - T Kay (spelling not correct) saved the day. Not her problem..above her pay grade and still helped in a pinch. .
