New facility is gorgeous, not entirely satisfied with customer service.
I am storing my items at a new facility in central Texas. Everything is clean and well kept. Most of the staff is friendly and professional. I am tired of receiving constant emails asking for reviews - I am pretty sure that I opted out of those a while ago. I am not pleased that I was forced to set up an appointment time to view my reserved unit only to wait nearly 30 minutes for the actual tour. I am not impressed with the employee who did my paperwork with me. She seemed sullen at first and only picked up her mood after I misinterpreted a question and gave a sort of stupid answer. I tried to be a good sport and play it off as my boyfriend teased me about this and she laughed along but I feel like she crossed a line when she shared the story of my mistake (which I was embarrassed about) to another coworker right in front of me. Canceled my unit because my family and I got two but only needed one. Will keep my stuff there in the second storage unit due to safe and clean facility. Will likely not seek out help from employees due to my discomfort. Have yet again tried to unsubscribe from emails and I hope that I no longer receive them.
