We have contact-free leasing and move-in. No Community Self Storage location has ever flooded Many competitors flooded during Harvey, but do not tell you that fact. We have a giant covered driveway at this location and all storage units are accessible from under this covered driveway, so you can move your valuable items without getting in the rain or getting a sunburn. Our front building has our Leasing Office, Wine Storage, Retail Space and Resident Manager's Apartment.

This location is 100 climate controlled, with units leased on a month-to-month basis, ranging in size from locker size, to 5x5 to 10x30. We have dozens of security cameras at this location. Our color cameras record to DVRs.

Our Climate-Controlled units are vastly superior to the climate control units offered by most competitors. We operate with a much tighter temperature range than most competitors. The A/C units are set for true climate control to protect your valuables from wide swings in temperature and humidity.

This is a brand new, modern, super secure facility with alarms on every unit. Our covered driveway will keep your goods dry and keep you out of the rain and sun during your move.

We have several sizes of open, uncovered parking spaces available for boat, auto and RV parking. Our open parking spaces have a 2-MONTH minimum lease term that must be PREPAID. It is advised that for long-term rental of parking spaces that you provide a cover for your vehicle boat or RV.

Unlike many nearby competitors in this area, none of our facilities have ever flooded. Please note that all our SELF STORAGE rentals require (1) payment of the administration fee, (2) purchase of the REQUIRED INSURANCE PROGRAM that we provide, and (3) provision of a lock (you can bring your own lock or buy one of ours for self storage units). The insurance program does not apply to WINE STORAGE or OPEN PARKING. Acceptance of deliveries from common carriers of mail and small packages to our office or your unit is allowed, but is subject to terms and restrictions and is only allowed after signing appropriate waivers and paperwork. Delivery to your storage unit must be completed by you or the common carrier. We do not move goods. Thank you
