This is my first time renting a storage unit and I’m so happy with this location. It’s clean, I feel secure either with leaving things in my unit and the process was quick and easy. Kiara was polite and efficient, which was made an already stressful moving day much easier. She answered all of the questions I asked patiently and even checked on me when I returned to the location. Great customer service!

My first day getting the storage the customer service from Kiara was great she answered all my questions to satisfaction. I windup getting the last size available unit. BUT, "I returned later in the afternoon to place my items in storage space the opening latch look like the"tansmaineum devil" tried to get in it; n there was random individuals just walking out of no where right up to and pass me outside; one asked me a question that the office could answer." I believe they may have fund a way to go through the gates?" I am not surprised in this low vibrational realm souls do not want to awaken in this world. My Divine Light ✨️must be attracting these mindless dark spirit beings. Peace ☮️ out.

ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE BOTS. DO NOT use this public storage. We were locked into 6 month price, and they hiked it every few months for a year—we are now paying double than what we started with (and only 1 year later!). We also got LOCKED in to a broken elevator and called Public storage for help to get us out and they said they were gonna go get someone really quickly. We didn’t hear from them for 20 minutes on a hot summer day so we had to call the fire department to get us out. No apology or reimbursement for being stuck in an elevator in JULY for 45 MINUTES. Lastly, out of one year of being there, we COULDNT EVEN ACCESS OUR STUFF. The elevator was broken. So all these price hacks for not even being able to go in?!? We were told new management was coming in, but it’s still a joke. Stay away—store local!! It will be worth it.

Ray, the property manager was extremely helpful and worked very closely with us upgrading our unit to give us the perfect space. This is the Best Public Storage facility I’ve ever worked with. Excellent customer service! Thank you Ray!
