I made a reservation online and came in to completed my order. Lady showed me the space explained the log in procedure while we were walking and I got box there I needed and we were done.. How I like quick and to the point.

Sure dude, yeah, they're very affordable; only like $55.00 a month but they're cheaper ones too.

I wasnt too happy:(

I went to make my payment at the Wood forest location and their computer was down. I understand things happen so the clerk suggested two locations the Federal Rd. location and another about a mile from that. I went to the Federal Rd. because it was closer. When I arrived there their computer was also down and that was at least a 6 mile drive .I gave up after that.Since the systems are totally computer driven some other accommodations should be made for customers so that they're not inconvience.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. My husband and I went to this storage facility fully intending to rent a unit. While the place itself looked clean and well maintained, the atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable. The staff member we interacted with was rude, dismissive, and made it very clear that helping us was not a priority. The overall vibe was so bad that we chose to leave rather than move forward. No matter how clean a facility looks, poor customer service makes it impossible to feel comfortable doing business there. We took our business elsewhere and would not recommend this location.

Came with every intention of renting a unit. I came with my wife and experience the worst possible customer service I ever experienced. The black lady in the front desk had a very rude attitude and was acting like she was doing me a favor by providing customer service. Too bad since this location seems clean and well maintained but im not going to deal with a condescending/entitled person.
