Ms Bridgette is awesome!!! She is such a pleasure. I called in for help in distress because I was late paying. No one would call me back or return an email and this cost me a rediculous amount in late fee. Somehow, I got in touch with Ms. Bridgette and she was like breath of fresh air. She explained clearly all of my options and calmed me down. The amount of late fees, the threat of auction, locked out of mobile service and online payment is insane but Ms Bridgette assured me that if I pay the bill on the date I gave her that my unit would be restored and it was the very next day. THE BIGGEST THANK YOU to the sweetest lady, Ms Bridgette on the other side of the phone.
