Tiffany is the manager at our storage unit now. She helped with charge issues quickly and easily, whereas, in the past it has been like pulling teeth to get anything fixed. I was very pleased with the service, being a senior citizen I am not familiar with scans and services over the phone. We went to several storage places from the same company and only one had an actual person by the name of Jamall picking up trash outside the facility keeping the grounds clean and pleasing to the eye, Jamall was a breath of fresh air making the heat of the scorching sun a breeze in a cool day. His smile was warm and his interactions with us was very pleasant and kind. Thank you for this kind and pleasant person.
