Do not rent here. They jack up the price every 6 months for no reason, $30+ per month for an indoor 10x10. Then when you need help like all the carts are missing or the indoor storage is inaccessible, their office in closed. Their office hours are supposed to be 9:30am to 6:30pm, but I went at 3:50pm on a Sunday and the office was empty and locked. So much for customer service

AVOID THIS PLACE, IT'S NOT SAFE. 6 years ago I rented a warehouse with them and they forced me to pay insurance to protect my belongings. Insurance is a fraud, this place has too many problems, it is infested with vermin and rodents. Everything I had in my warehouse was totally destroyed and the insurance refused to pay. Look for another place that is more reliable and safe than this place, and don't lose your belongings like I did.

I stopped by the other day after renting a Uhaul and saw the same guy who helped me like a month back at a different location which I thought was nice. I jokingly asked him if hes the only worker they got in texas but Apparently he gets sent to whatever store is needed at the time. I only needed a roll of tape but I wanted to give a shout out again to josh since I know it helps both him and the store
