I had an excellent experience at Public Storage, and a huge part of that was thanks to Kristen. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my move-in process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and smooth. Her customer service truly went above and beyond, and it made a big difference for me. If you’re looking for great service, Kristen is the reason to choose this location. Highly recommend!

My experience was excellent. It was so easy to rent, gain access to and find my unit. I never had a single problem. I left my things in the unit for 6 months and it was the same as the day I moved in. Shelly was so extremely friendly and helpful. I love the app as well. I'll never use any other company for my rental needs.

Sheltie was fabulous today. I was moving in today when I got there I got in the gate fine but when I tried the access doors to the unit they wouldn't open. I tried multiple doors multiple times with no luck. I reached out to the chat on the website and despite Michael's best efforts the doors still would not open. I called the locations phone number but could only leave a message. Thank goodness Shellie got my message, returned my call and when she heard I was sitting at the property with a Uhaul full that needed to be unloaded, she closed up at the other property she was at and cane right over to help me. She was definitely a lifesaver today!
