As for the storage, I am happy with how secured the facility feels for my belongings. I believe it would be fairly difficult for a thief to have access to the interior units. First time renting a storage unit. Ms. Gladys helped me out and was the kindest and sweetest woman ever. She walked me through the units, and did a tremendous job answering all my questions. While filling out paperwork, a woman came in who was extremely rude, demanding, and argumentative. Ms. Gladys was extremely respectful and handled it with class even after the woman stormed out because she didn’t get what she wanted. Ms. Gladys kindly smiled and continued to help me out. This woman is a saint and true gem to this business. Reason Il be recommending this store to anyone I know moving.

Mrs. Gladys has excellent customer service... she explained everything so well she brought laughter, comfort and Assurance, gave great advice and directions on how to use the elevator as well as to finding my unit she was patient, courteous, considerate and showed excellent concern... Also Mrs. Sherlie or Shelie I hope I spelled that correctly, Helped me with transferring my unit do to maintenance problems, she was patient and caring, towards me! She even took time to show me where my new unit will be! She has great customer service as well, She assured me that if the elevators goes out that I could use the stairs! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME AND I'M TRULY GRATEFUL!
