Knowledgeable and professional, she answered all my questions. Very pleased with my visit to Public Storage today. She made me feel welcomed and appreciated my business. UPDATE 1/21/26: Customer service reached out to me to let me know they have lowered my monthly rate to be in line with what others are paying in that same facility on the floor I am located on. Big thanks for doing that and adjusting my monthly rate. You guys do truly care about your customers and it clearly shows! Thanks again! UPDATE 08/26/25: I have been contacted by local/district managers who have reset my next three payments back to what I had been paying. They are also looking to get me an additional credit for my upcoming payment. I do appreciate the fast response and help in this matter. We shall see what my monthly payment jumps up to after the adjusted three month period. I just checked my bank account and my monthly fee for for my storage unit was $204!! I had previously been paying $166. In no way did they contact me to let me know about this almost 25% increase. This is the 2nd increase I have seen, but also the largest. They will try to tell you these increases are based on current rates in the area, but you would think they would go easy on their existing customers. Just goes to show they only care about the almighty dollar. It's a shame corporations have lost any care for the people who pay for their services and keep them in business.

While I anticipate a swift resolution, I am writing to formally report that the access codes provided in this morning's welcome correspondence are non-functional. We have now been on-site for two hours attempting to gain entry with no success and no response from your team. This lack of communication and failure to provide access constitutes a significant delay in our move-in. Given that I have now lost two hours of productivity and have been denied a service explicitly promised in my lease, I expect appropriate compensation for this inconvenience and the loss of use of the premises
