Very easy to reserve, prompt call back and emails. Very organized. Amber did a great job explaining the lease and all paperwork. You do buy the special lock there that is yours to keep when you vacate and it comes with three keys. I'm okay with that. Insurance is required and you can get an affordable plan there, or have your own and provide proof. I dragged my feet on reserving a unit in the size I wanted and missed out on the $1.00 rate the first month. I got 50% off the first month. I'll remember to snap a unit up earlier for next summer. Sure, there are costs associated with renting storage units, but the facility was clean, well maintained, staff excellent, and the peace of mind of having a place for dorm stuff over the summer is worth it. And others I've known who rent there are very happy!
