I've rented here multiple times since 2003 and I've been in my current unit for over 8 years. I stay for the cleanliness, safety, and security. The upgraded lights and cameras within the last year are appreciated. Serena's training and experience are evident all around the property. Most importantly though, she cares about the renters and their property.

Never a situation you want to happen, but I had it. Keys to my lock were lost and I needed storage access the same day for critical documents. Denise didn’t make any promises but said she’d try to help me. Meanwhile I called three locksmiths and the soonest they could help was 2 days later and $140. 45 minutes later Denise, called me back, and thanks to her, and Adriana for re-routing her calls, my lock was opened. It was Friday at 4:40pm - most would have said no and gone home for the weekend. They both bailed me out. Grateful for their service and helping me fix a problem I created, not them. Much Appreciation to you both.
